[padb] 3.2 Beta release available

All,

A beta release of the upcoming 3.2 release is available for download from google.  This is a major release which fixes a large number of bugs and minor problems as well as introducing significant new features.

Amongst the most important are:

autoconf based build procedure (./configure && make && make install)
Support for new resource managers.
Much improved support for threaded applications.
Solaris support.
Better error handling, both with usage errors and with jobs finishing whilst they are being monitored.

Subject to feedback I expect this beta release to bake for a couple of weeks with a tentative release date of the 5th March.  Please download this tarball and test it on the platforms you care about, I'm eager to hear any feedback be it good or bad.
