[padb] pbs and qstat -w

The pbs_pro code for padb relies on the use of qstat -w, it seems both pbs (non-pro) and Torque are very similar to pbs_pro but don't support the -w flag.  Could you investigate from your end and see if there is another way of using pbs_pro so as not to require the use of this flag and hopefully padb will then be of use to pbs and Torque users as well.  It seems that for pbs at least it's possible to get the host list by using -n although it's not in a great form to parse unfortunately.
