[padb] padb fix for mpirun under slurm

I replied on the github pull request (the original variable used by padb is odd, but anyway it is not necessary for the fix).

By the way, will there be a next official padb release with recent fixes soon ?

I proposed a fix for padb for jobs launcher with mpirun under slurm:

Hope it is the right place to post, I didn't have feedback on github. It would be great to have padb work again in this case.
