[padb] Message queues on solaris

It looks like in this case LAZY opening didn't work either.  Again this
is likely a problem with the DLL.

Can you install this version on the MTT machine (I notice pdsh doesn't
have ssh support compiled in their either) and we'll see how SVN code
fares?
